"In a town filled with joy, where the pumpkins all gleam,

Thanksgiving was coming, like a sweet, cozy dream."

“Let’s make this the best feast that we’ve ever had,

With turkey and stuffing, it’ll make us all glad!”

"Her dad was out back, with the grill all aglow,

“I’ll smoke the turkey,” he said with a flow."

“Pumpkin and apple, and maybe pecan,

This feast will be epic, oh, yes, carry on!”

"As the sun started setting, the sky turned to gold,

The family was ready, their hearts feeling bold."

"With laughter and stories, the feast had begun,

The food was delicious, the joy was well-spun."

"Grandma brought out her famous sweet rolls,

“Just one more, I promise!” she teased with her strolls."

"But wait! There was more, for the night had just started,

With games and with laughter, their hearts never parted."

“Thanksgiving’s the best,” she said with delight,

With love all around, it felt perfectly right."

"So each year they gathered, this wonderful crew,

For the great Thanksgiving feast, where love always grew."
